About Vitiligo Monterrey

Vitiligo Monterrey is a community-based organisation dedicated to supporting individuals living with vitiligo in Monterrey, Mexico. Established eight years ago, the group continues to grow and will celebrate its ninth anniversary in July, reflecting its ongoing commitment to awareness, connection, and patient support.

The organization brings members together through meetings held at different times throughout the year, creating opportunities for shared experiences, encouragement, and community engagement. These gatherings help foster understanding and provide a supportive space for individuals affected by vitiligo.

Each June, Vitiligo Monterrey also hosts conferences and photo sessions in recognition of World Vitiligo Day. These activities help raise public awareness, celebrate visibility, and promote positive conversations around vitiligo within the local community.

Through education, connection, and awareness initiatives, the organization plays an important role in strengthening local support for people living with vitiligo.
